Do I need to interview the candidates?
You are welcome to interview the candidates, however, we have a robust screening process and are confident that any candidate we choose will have the right level of skills and experience.

How long does it take you to allocate us an engineer?
Once you have signed the contract, we will have candidates ready for you to interview within 5 – 10 days.

What is the minimum commitment?
The minimum commitment for engineers is 1 month. After this you can cancel anytime.

Are there any additional fees?
There are no hidden costs. You get what you pay for.

What are the working hours of the engineer?
The engineers are available for 37.5 hours a week from Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm GMT, excluding the bank holidays. Any changes to these hours should be agreed with the engineer and Applicita.

How do I cancel?
Easy. Contact us at flex@applicita.com. We require 14 days’ notice before the end of the billing cycle.

Our engineers use a wide range of tools including: Dev Ops, Jira, Trello, GitHub.
