As we help clients adapt to, and improve, their Agile working processes, and as knowledge Experts, rather than working with the code, our mentors focus on process, management, and requirements. This coaching tends to happen in meetings and one-on-one sessions with project managers, line managers, business analysts, product managers, and others who are responsible for making the work happen.
The main focus of our Agile coaching and mentoring work is on facilitating events that help create change and improvement.
We work closely with developers to help them apply best practices and patterns, support developers in refactoring work, and provide technical leadership to those that are close to the code.
